Appointments
Each artist at Tribal Rites has different booking availability. To get started with your tattoo, first decide which artist you would like to work with. Then give us a call to discuss your tattoo idea and confirm that artist’s availability. Most appointments will be scheduled via email. Tribal Rites tattoos clients 18 and older.

Consultations
In some cases our artists prefer to book consultations prior to booking a tattoo appointment. Consultations can be scheduled via email with the appointment held in person. (Arrangements can be made if you don’t live locally.)
Beginning the tattoo process this way ensures that you and your artist are aligned on design, placement, size, pricing, etc. These appointments typically take 15–30 minutes.
Deposits
All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable cash deposit. The standard deposit is $100, which goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. Appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or changing your mind will result in a forfeited deposit. This policy respects the effort our artists spend to prepare your design and the time reserved.
Deposits are cash only! Please bring cash when booking your appointment. (We do accept cards for the actual tattoo.)
Drawings
Tribal Rites is a full-custom tattoo studio and each of our artists have a unique individual style. Because of their busy schedules, it’s difficult to have custom artwork available for the client prior to the scheduled appointment. Clients can view their drawing and make any changes they want at their scheduled tattoo appointment. Years of experience have shown us that this is the best method for the best work from the artist and most satisfaction for the client.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome, but never guaranteed. Although some of our artists may be booked in advance, cancellations do happen and many of our artists enjoy taking walk-ins if time allows. We also have artists who accept walk-ins on a daily basis, so swing by or give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you!
